Salishan Leaseholders, Inc. also has direct employees including on-site patrol and maintenances staff. In addition, Leaseholders elect a Board of Directors to implement and oversee policies.

Senior Community Manager, Katie Anderson: kanderson@aperionmgmt.com
Senior Manager is primarily involved in larger-scale projects and higher-level or escalated matters, such as shoreline and OPRD permitting, legal matters, and similar issues. Katie is also available to assist with communications and leaseholder concerns when needed.
Community Manager, Cera Blakely: cblakely@aperionmgmt.com
Cera serves as a liaison between the committees, Board, and management team. She is available to provide support and assist with next steps when issues or projects arise. She helps coordinate community notifications and communications when necessary.
Assistant Community Manager, Kaden Moresco: kmoresco@aperionmgmt.com
The Assistant Community Manager works alongside Cera and Katie on the management team. His primary responsibilities include providing Leaseholder support and assisting with Architectural and Care & Appearance Committee requests and processes. Currently, Kaden works in the Salishan office with Cera on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, he is accessible during normal office hours Monday through Friday at kmoresco@aperionmgmt.com.
Compliance Coordinator for Aperion Management, Eric Gordon
Eric will be on-site twice a month to drive through the community, inspect leaseholds and lots, and work alongside Kaden and the Care & Appearance Committee to help maintain and establish community standards.
